ROADMAP FOR REOPENING

PHASE 3 Phase 3 Highlights: Restaurants and bars may operate with 50% capacity. Restaurants may continue seated-only service at counters. Patrons must be seated with a max of 8 per table. All restaurants and bars must have last call for food & beverage by 10pm. Transpotainment vehicles may continue operating at 50% capacity up to a maximum of 8 people, who must belong to the same party. Masks required while standing.  Live entertainment is permitted. Dance floors remain closed. Curbside/To-go alcohol sales and open containers remain banned in the Midtown and Downtown areas. Retail stores and commercial businesses may continue at 75% capacity. Employees must be screened daily and wear masks. No gatherings over 8 people without an approved event plan from Metro Public Health.  Gyms and high-touch businesses, such as nail and hair salons, remain open at 50% capacity. Museums and attractions remain open at 50% capacity. Metro parks and facilities, including dog parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, skate parks, splash pads, and little league sports may remain open. Those who have the ability to work from home should continue to do so. Residents 65 and older or with underlying health conditions should remain at home. In accordance with Order 8, all residents must wear masks or face coverings at all times if leaving home. Everyone should keep at least 6 feet from others at all times when in the community.
